Ancient City Poets hosts eight Florida poets from across the state on the last Sunday of the month in January, April, June, July, August, September, October, and November.

Each month, one celebrated Florida poet will meet the audience and share their poetry. Afterward, there will be a one-hour community open mic. Poets are welcome to share their newest work or a polished poem.

This free event takes place at The Waterworks. Sign-up begins at 2:30, and the readings start at 3:00 p.m. The first 15 names on the sign-up sheet will be called in the order they appear on the list.
