Creekside Festival 2019
Saturday and Sunday, October 12 and 13, 2019
The Creekside Festival is an annual local favorite, filled with bluegrass music, arts and crafts, photo exhibitions, a variety of kids activities, and lots to eat and drink. Hosted by the Flagler County Chamber, the Creekside Festival draws some 10,000 visitors each year. The festival is held on the shores of Pellicer Creek, in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Princess Place Preserve in Palm Coast.
This year’s 15th Annual Creekside Festival will take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 12 and 13, 2019. The festival offers a full schedule of outstanding live bluegrass music on two stages, featuring Florida State Bluegrass Band, Passerine, Aslyn and the Naysayers, Seminole Ridge, Remedy Tree, Headed South, and Sam Pacetti on the main stage. The second stage, located near the free Kids Zone, will feature a variety of local artists, who will be announced soon.
Historical demonstrations, a beer garden with free samples on Saturday from Ancient City Brewing, and a great selection of food trucks will round out the activities for the event. There will also be face-painting available for a fee.
Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the hiking and kayak trails at the Preserve, and history buffs will love the historic tours of the lodge. There will be a Kids Zone with face painting, train rides, bounce houses and more, as well as hay rides. Everyone is invited to bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket and relax and enjoy the day.
