Deuterman Productions presents The Broken Hearts, a Top Petty Tribute Band, on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Colonial Oak Music Park

In 2017, Charlie Souza, one of Tom Petty's bandmates in the group Mudcrutch, formed the band with and Shawn Scheller, singer and songwriter, and member of the band Save the Radio! In 2018, after several requests for the band to play gigs around Florida, the two decided to keep The Broken Hearts going as a touring tribute band. The Broken Hearts continues playing to full houses up and down the East Coast, delivering songs Gainesville native Tom Petty wrote and performed with the bands Mudcrutch, the Heartbreakers, and the Traveling Wilburys, and on his solo albums and tours.

Today, the members of the tribute tour band are Shawn Scheller, portraying Tom Petty on lead vocals and guitar; Mateo Olivo as Mike Campbell on lead guitar; Julian Simonelli as Howie Epstein on bass guitar; Aidan Cain as Benmont Tench on piano, organ, and keyboards; and Scott Lockhart as Stan Lynch on drums.

Admission: Tickets are $28.41, and you can purchase them online.

When: Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Where: Colonial Oak Music Park, 21 St. George Street, St. Augustine, Florida 32084
