The Crisp-Ellert Art Museum (CEAM) and Flagler College present the Department of Visual Art Faculty Exhibition from September 5 to November 8, 2025. View the artwork Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. 

This special exhibit showcases the recent works of the full- and part-time fine art and graphic design faculty. The opening reception, which is free and open to the public, is on Friday, September 5, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. as part of the First Friday Art Walk. At 6:00 p.m., several of the featured artists lead an informal walk through of the exhibition.

The exhibition features work by artists: Sarah Alexander, Luke Brodersen (and Future Friends), Diana Lodi, Jenna McDonald, Russell Maycumber, Laura Mongiovi, Patrick Moser, Natalie Novak, Sara Pedigo, Bernadette Rivell, Leslie Robison, Jason Schwab, and Chris Smith. The show also introduces new faculty members Samuel Aye-Gboyin, Ida Moraghebati, and Ron Edelen.

On Wednesday, October 29, at 6 p.m., Dr. Stephanie Hohlios, an Assistant Professor of Art History, presents a lecture titled "Art History as Community Engagement." The talk takes place in the Virginia Room of the Ringhaver Student Center at Flagler College, located at 50 Sevilla Street. Dr. Hohlios specializes in modern and contemporary Japanese art, including painting, performance, and community-based projects. Her fieldwork focuses on the former coal mining area of Chikuhō on the island of Kyushu in Japan.

Admission: Free and open to the public.

When: The exhibition runs from September 5 to November 8, 2025. The museum's hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday, 12:00 to 4:00 p.m., while classes are in session.
