We said outdoor skating—on blades—in Florida), this event brings the spirit of the season to life for all ages.

The Christmas Experience makes the most of this by offering a cozy, walkable event with glowing lights, photo ops at every turn, and festive music filling the air. From Santa’s Workshop to the Bounce House, The Christmas Experience at Ancient City Farmstead is packed with interactive fun and nostalgic touches. 

Outdoor Skating 

A rare treat in St. Augustine, the skating rink is fun for families and couples alike.

The Rockefeller Tree

Towering and sparkling with lights, this massive tree is the centerpiece of the event and the perfect backdrop for holiday photos.

Santa’s Workshop

Get ready for big smiles and happy hearts. Kids can visit with Santa, drop off their wish lists, and take home keepsake memories at Santa's workshop.

Reindeer Games & Crafts

While you're there to visit Santa, enjoy classic holiday family fun with kid-friendly games, festive crafts, and hands-on activities that keep little ones smiling all night long. And if you spot Rudolph nearby, don’t be like those other reindeer. Invite him to join the fun!

Bounce House

This themed inflatable zone can burn off the little ones' holiday energy (or at least some of the sugar from the cocoa).

Santa's Silent Disco

An after-hours Christmas party on Saturday, December 19, 2026, from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m. This is an 18+  event and is a separate price.

Nightly Fireworks

A tree lighting and fireworks held every night at 6:15 p.m.

Food Trucks & Concessions

A rotating lineup of local favorites and festive bites ensures everyone stays warm and well-fed.

Hot Cocoa Station

Sip and stroll with a cup of comforting cocoa, topped with whipped cream, marshmallows, or peppermint sprinkles.

Event Details

Admission: Adult passes are $22.76, children from three to 15 years old are $12.41, and seniors (65+ years old) and military passes are $17.58. Children under the age of three are free. Visit their website to buy tickets.
