Holiday Tour of Homes — 2025

The 54th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes, presented by the Garden Club of St. Augustine, takes you inside six historic homes on Sunday, December 14, 2025, between 12:00 and 5:00 p.m. Tickets for the 2025 tour go on sale on October 1, 2025.

The theme for 2025 is "Mistletoe and Ivy." Members of area garden clubs will decorate six homes, using live flowers and greenery to create displays that enhance each home's style. The homes will be announced at a later date.

Tour the homes at your own pace from noon to 5:00 p.m. In addition to the tour, enjoy the Garden Club's "Holiday Tea and Boutique" and purchase treats and handmade items, such as holly wreaths, ornaments, baked goods, and jams. You can also participate in a bucket raffle. The Holiday Tea and Boutique is at the River House (179 Marine St.) and is open from noon until 4:00 p.m.

The Tour of Homes is a walking tour, with limited transportation from the city parking garage to the River House. There may be additional drop-off points near the homes. Some homes may have steps and stairs, so comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are highly recommended.

Admission: $50.00 per person. Reservations are required, and the tour always sells, so advance purchase is strongly recommended. The non-refundable tickets go on sale on October 1, 2025, online and at several locations. Go to their website to purchase tickets or to see where tickets are sold.

Where: The list of homes will be released shortly before the tour. There will be transportation from the parking garage to the Holiday Tea and Boutique at the River House.
