St. Augustine Community Chorus: Journey Americana

The St. Augustine Community Chorus presents their 2026 pops concert: Journey Americana on Saturday, March 7, and Sunday, March 8, 2026, at the Ancient City Baptist Church. The Saturday concert begins at 7:00 p.m., and the matinee performance on Sunday begins at 3:00 p.m.

Those songs identified as Americana are from multiple genres and decades and uniquely reflect the United States and the people who live here. Songs on the list could include Woody Guthrie's "This Land is Your Land," Steve Earle's "Mr. Bojangles," and "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald." The chorus has not released their program, and it is sure to include many expected numbers and a few surprises.

The St. Augustine Community Chorus welcomes adult singers to join them and experience the joy of singing with other talented singers. The organization strives to perform choral music with joy and a high level of expertise. In addition, members of the organization work with area youth in the St. Augustine Youth Chorus for singers aged 8 to 18.

Admission: Tickets are $30.00 for adults. Children under 11 are free. Early bird ticket prices are available through February 8, 2026. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased on their website.
