The Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve (GTMNERR) hosts EstuSCARY Haunted Trail on Thursday, October 29 and Friday, October 30, 2026. This spooky adventure promises scares, surprises, and Halloween fun as you walk through the reserve's haunted trails. Meet the guide at the Guana Dam. 

The trail is open from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. both nights. Register online in advance for $20.00 or pay $30.00 at the gate (cash only).

This event is suggested for those aged 10 and older. Dress in weather-appropriate attire for an outdoor walk, including closed-toed shoes. Parking is available at the South Beach lot. 

The trail is scary fun, and may not be appropriate for young children.

• Pay $30.00 at the gate (cash only). 

When: Thursday, October 29, and Friday, October 30, 2026. The event lasts from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. Your tickets will be for a select time.

Where: The trail starts at the Guana Dam, 505 Guana River Road, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida 32082. There is parking at the dam and at the GTM Reserve Visitor Center.

A note about getting there: Free parking is available at the Guana Dam and at the GTM Reserve Visitor Center. Closed-toed shoes are recommended.
