Hosted by Ancient City Entertainment, Battle of the Datil charity event will benefit HorsePlay Therapy Center's Rise Up For Veterans Program on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Tringali Barn at Heritage Farms, located at 7310 US Highway 1 South in St. Augustine.

Battle of the Datil is a one day concert and cook-off celebration where the search is on for the best Datil pepper recipe in town. With raffles, games, giveaways, local vendors, music, food trucks and more, the event is family-friendly, dedicated to raising money for HorsePlay Therapy Center's equine assisted therapy program. Connecting horses with wounded Veterans, those suffering from PTSD, and families who have been impacted by the aftermath of war, the Rise Up Veterans program will receive all net proceeds. 

Admission: General admission tickets are $80.00. VIP tickets are $150.00 each with access to an open bar, two sheets of tasting tickets, a t-shirt and a Datil swag bag. There is a discount for Veterans with code: VET20. Tickets can be purchased online
