In addition to attracting musical acts, St. Augustine's event venues present an increasing number of comedy acts who choose to add St. Augustine on their national or regional tours. Some will incorporate music into their act, others may rely on props and costume changes, and still others just face the audience with microphone in hand —yet all find the audience's laughter more precious than applause.
