The Murabella Kids Triathlon takes place at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at the Murabella Amenity Center. The chip-timed triathlon includes races in swimming, biking, and running. The distances for each race will be based on the child's age bracket. Children are required to supply their bikes and to wear helmets. No training wheels are allowed.

Participants will receive a racing bib, a Florida Race Day Finishers medal, and a photograph of the event. Finishing results will be posted online. The event is broken down based on age groups:

  • Ages 5 to 8: Swim 50 yards (2 lengths) in the pool, approximately 0.25 mile run, approximately 0.75 mile bike, and approximately 0.35 mile run.
  • Ages 9 to 11: Swim 100 yards (4 lengths) in the pool, approximately 0.25 mile run, approximately 0.75 mile bike, and approximately 0.65 mile run.
  • Ages 12 to 14: Swim 150 yards (6 lengths) in the pool, approximately 0.25 mile run, approximately 0.75 mile bike, and approximately 1 mile run.

Admission: Registration is $45.00 per participant. Register for this event online until August 2, 2025, at 11:59 a.m.
