The Chamber Music series of the Romanza Festivale of Music and the Arts continues on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, with Robert Burns playing the hammered dulcimer and a performance by Dulcinea Early Music Consort. The free concert will take place from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. at the Ancient City Baptist Church.

A virtuoso on the hammered dulcimer, Robert Burns is internationally known as a musician, composer, and music educator. The hammered dulcimer is over 2,500 years old and is known for its ethereal sound.

St. Augustine's Dulcinea Early Music Consort was formed in 2012 and specializes in music from the Medieval and Renaissance through the Baroque and Modern eras, performed in period dress and using replicas of a wide variety of early musical instruments such as recorders.

Admission: Free.

When: Wednesday, May 8, 2019, 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

Where: Ancient City Baptist Church is located at 27 Sevilla St. in downtown St. Augustine.
