The St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival at World Golf Village
For four days, from Wednesday May 4, through Sunday, May 8, 2022 — the St. Augustine Food and Wine Festival will present celebrity chefs, food prepared by some of St. Augustine's favorite eateries, and classes in wine, beer, distilled spirits, and food preparation. Those who attend have multiple opportunities to enjoy food created by visiting chefs and some of the area's best local chefs, including Southern specialties (such as barbeque), a grand banquet, and a Jazz Brunch on Mother's Day. Tickets are limited and may be purchased a la carte or in various packages.

The festival begins on Thursday, May 6, 2021, with a "Hall of Fame Winemakers Dinner" at the St. Johns County Convention Center. The reception begins at 6 p.m. and the dinner will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Tickets for the dinner are $200 per person.
This six-course dinner features six courses prepared by James Beard Foundation award-winning and celebrity chefs, including Maneet Chauhan, and by chefs from Preserved, Catch 27, and Michael's St. Augustine. Each of the courses will be paired with a wine from one of the guest golf celebrity's label. There will be an open bar at the reception hosted by Renaissance World Golf Resort, where Master Butcher, Michael Sullivan will present a Charcuterie display, featuring hand-butchered meats, and breads and accompaniments made by DeeAnn Hobbs, Chef at Renaissance World Golf Resort.
Master Classes Will be Held on Friday, May 7, 2021
Throughout the festival, those who love trying new flavors and parings will have the opportunity to learn about foods, beverages, and how well they go together and on Friday, participants may opt to take Master Classes from celebrity presenters at World Golf Village.
1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021: Chef Maneet Chauhan will present "Cooking Aloo Chaat with Maneet Chauhan." Chef Chauhan, an executive chef and TV personality has been a frequent judge on "Chopped!" Aloo Chaat is an Indian street food that has become popular appetizer and snack and the recipe is form Chef Chauhan's new cookbook.
2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021: Morgan Norman, chef and entrepreneur, has experience as a celebrated chef at various wineries and now plays an instrumental role in her family's business, Greg Norman Estates, which produces award-winning wines. Morgan will also present a Master Class on Friday.
3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021: Nick Carrera of Urban Asado and Matt Brown, of Leña — Local St. Augustine chefs — will demonstrate the different styles of Live Fire Grilling, including ember roasting, flame blistering, and slow roasting over an open fire.
4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021: Former pro golfer Jan Stephenson of Jan Stephenson Wines will close out the sessions with her own Master Class.
Friday Morning, May 7, 2021: Prior to the Masters Classes at World Golf Village, guests may choose to attend one of three Master Classes to be held in other locations earlier on Friday, May 7, 2021
- "Bourbon and Mixology 101" at the St. Augustine Distillery at 112 Riberia Street in St. Augustine from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- "How to Order the Right Beer for You and be Cool Doing It," at Dog Rose Brewing on 77 Bridge Street in St. Augustine from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- "Bordeaux Blending Class" at the Legends Grille, at 2 World Golf Place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Smoked, Grilled, and Roasted Barbeque Bites on Friday at the "Smoke on the Walk"
Friday will conclude with "Smoke on the Walk" , along the Walk of Champions and World Golf Hall of Fame. This "BBQ Extravaganza" allows guests to sample the flavors of some of the southeast's most loved grill masters and pit-masters. Those who attend can enjoy unlimited beverage samples as they try smoked, grilled, and roasted barbeque bites. Local pitmasters include Nick Carrera from Urban Asado, Matt Brown from Leña, Josh Smith from Catch 27, and Brian Whittington and Ben Zimmerman from Preserved.
Rise and Shine on Saturday Morning
On Saturday, May 8, 2021, those who choose to do so may begin their day with a Champagne, a Bloody Mary, or a Mimosa with delectable lite bites of breakfast at the Villagio Grille.
St. Augustine Food and Wine Festival — Main Event
The festival continues with the "St Augustine Food and Wine Festival Main Event" on Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., with an afternoon of culinary and beverage tastings plus live music in the Walk of Champions at the World Golf Hall of Fame. There, ticket-holders will have the opportunity to sample unlimited beverage tastings, while visiting a variety of exhibitors, including artisans and farmers, as well as tasting food from some of the best restaurants and food trucks found in St. Augustine and the South. In addition, guests may opt to bid in a silent auction to benefit the World golf Hall of Fame and Jan Stephenson's Crossroad foundation. Taste of the south Magazine will host a demonstration stage that will include tips and tricks for food, beverages, and pairings.
The Jazz Brunch on Mother's Day
The St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival will conclude on Sunday, Mother's Day, with "The Jazz Brunch" complete with a Bloody Mary Bar, Champagne, Mimosas, a multi-station brunch, and music by St. Augustine's Sam Pacetti. The Jazz Brunch takes place from10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and is a family-friendly event with special prices for those under 13.

Charitable Partners: The inaugural St. Augustine Food and Wine Festival has identified a number of local charity partners who will benefit from the event, in addition to their two primary charitable partners, the World Golf Hall of Fame, and Jan Stephenson’s Crossroads Foundation.
The museum at the World Golf Hall of Fame displays over 4000 items, including personal memorabilia of Hall of Fame members such as Nancy Lopez, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicklaus. The mission of the World Golf Hall of Fame is to preserve these legacies of all who have made golf great, and to celebrate the sport at every level.
Jan Stephenson’s Crossroads Foundation uses the game of golf to challenge and assist disabled veterans and first responders, giving them the sport in ways they can enjoy it, and the skills they need to move forward in their lives.
