Tom Papa at Ponte Vedra Concert Hall

Stand-up comedian Tom Papa brings "life in America" humor to the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall for two shows on Friday, March 22, 2024. The first show begins at 7:00 p.m., with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. The second show starts at 9:30 p.m., with doors opening at 9:00 p.m.

Beginning his career in 1993 and performing in comedy clubs throughout the area, Papa has gone from sharpening his skills in local venues to touring with Jerry Seinfeld.

With more than 20 years as a comedian, Papa is one of the top comedic voices in the country. He found success in film, TV, radio, podcasts, and on stages. Additionally, he makes guest appearances on The Joe Rogan Experience and other late-night television shows.

Papa's fourth hour-long special, Tom Papa: You're Doing Great! made waves for its hilarious rebuttal to cultural stereotypes and reminded audiences about life's imperfections.

Papa writes and performs on Come to Papa Live, which combines music and hilarious sketches. Past guests include Matt Damon, Sarah Silverman, Joel Mchale, Andy Richter, and Jim Gaffigan.

Admission: Ticket prices range from $51.50 to $71.50. Tickets can be purchased online or at the Amphitheater Box Office on Anastasia Island, open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays. To purchase tickets online for both shows, go here.

Parking Information: Parking will be available onsite. There will be a $5.00 parking fee for ticketed events and for free events, parking will also be free. For events not produced by the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division, parking fees will be at the discretion of the event producer.
