The Elopement Package
Designed for the couple only, this package includes champagne and keepsake flutes, breakfast in bed, and two Westcott signature bathrobes. Officiant services are not included, but referrals are available. Up to six guests may attend the ceremony, but they must book their own rooms.

Full Inn Rental
This option enables couples to reserve the entire property. It's perfect for couples who want a private, all-inclusive experience with their closest family and friends. Rates vary for weekday and weekend bookings.

Note: A one-night stay is required for weekday ceremonies, and a two-night stay is required for weekend ceremonies.

The Bayfront Marin House is situated along Matanzas Bay and provides various venues and packages tailored to intimate ceremonies and celebrations. Venue options include the Victorian gazebo, which offers views of the bay, and the Sanchez House, a historic 1791 Spanish Colonial home with a private courtyard big enough for 60 guests.

Perfect for a small and intimate celebration, this option is designed for two to four guests and includes a cozy afternoon ceremony in the Victorian Gazebo, a cake for two, officiant services, and your choice of breakfast in bed or chocolate-covered strawberries the next morning.

Close Friends and Family
Invite 3-30 of your nearest and dearest for an afternoon ceremony with music selections, a champagne toast, a two-tier cake, officiant services, and a relaxing breakfast in bed with mimosas the next day.

Gold Package
Accommodating 30-60 guests, this comprehensive package includes exclusive use of the venue for 12 hours, a bridal dressing area, officiant services, a two-tiered cake, exterior string lighting, seating and tables for guests, event coordination, and setup/tear down services.

For up to 10 guests, this package includes all the essentials of the 'Let’s Do This' package plus a bouquet and boutonniere, extra cake and champagne, a $50 dining certificate, and coordination assistance.

Let’s Keep It Simple But Go Big
Take your celebration up a notch with a 45-minute horse-drawn carriage ride through historic St. Augustine, a keepsake picnic bag, a European bath basket, and a $100 dining gift certificate—along with all features from the previous packages.
