Destination Love
The DONNA Foundation presents the 19th Annual DONNA Marathon Weekend, from Friday, January 30 to Sunday, February 1, 2026. This year's theme, "Destination Love," celebrates the steady, fierce, and unshakable spirit of everyone impacted by cancer.
This multi-day event is more than just a race; it's a "pink out" spectacle where participants and spectators unite to support breast cancer awareness. Runners of all levels can choose their challenge, with race options including 5Ks, fun runs, half-marathons, full marathons, and ultra-marathons.
Race Day Highlights & Celebrations
On Sunday, the Jacksonville Jaguars host participants at Athletes Village for a celebration of survivorship, featuring live music from 97.9 KISS FM. Registered participants can also enjoy Miller Lite and White Claw at the spirited post-race party. Capture every stride with Marathon Photos, providing race day photography that will be available online within 24 hours of your finish.

DONNA Health & Wellness Expo

Course & Support Information
The DONNA Marathon and Half Marathon courses will be open for seven hours, providing time for participants to achieve their goals. These prestigious courses are both Boston Qualifier and Abbott World Marathon Majors Wanda Age Group Qualifier events. The course has been recognized as a USA Today 10 Best in 2025 and is the first to offer Galloway Pace Groups.
To ensure a safe and supported experience, the course offers:
- Hydration Stations: Available approximately every mile, and at least every two miles, providing both water and Gatorade.
- Energy Gels: Offered at all hydration stations.
- Medical Aid Stations: Strategically located at miles 1, 3, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 21, 23, and 25.
- Portable Restrooms: Conveniently available at numerous locations along the course.
- Medical Support: The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department will provide comprehensive medical support along the marathon route and at the dedicated medical area near the Start/Finish Line. Additionally, CORA Physical Therapy will offer post-race therapy services throughout the entire weekend.

Admission: Registration for all events officially opens on July 8, 2025. Register online.
When: The DONNA Marathon Weekend runs from Friday, January 30, 2026, to Sunday, February 1, 2026.
Where: The main races begin and end at the Seawalk Pavilion, located at 75 1st Street, North, Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Other activities will take place at various locations throughout the greater Jacksonville area.
