The DONNA Foundation presents the 20th Annual DONNA Marathon Weekend, with the marathon on Sunday, February 7, 2027, that celebrates the steady, fierce, and unshakable spirit of everyone impacted by cancer. Other races and activities take place on Friday and Saturday before the marathon, and on Sunday after the marathon. In 2027, the event celebrates its 20th anniversary, with the theme, "20 Years of Love in Motion." 

This multi-day event is more than just a race; it's a "pink out" spectacle where participants and spectators unite to support breast cancer awareness. Choose your challenge, with race options, including 5Ks, fun runs, half-marathons, full marathons, and ultra-marathons. See their website for a full list of events and races.

Donna Marathon Weekend

Events start on Friday, February 5, 2027, with the Donna Health & Wellness expo from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You must pick up your race packet at this event for races and events held on Saturday and Sunday. You cannot get your packet on race days.

DONNA Health & Wellness Expo

• Time: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Location: Hilton Jacksonville at the Mayo Clinic Conference Center
• Details: The go-to spot for packet pickup and a special presentation from Mayo Clinic: "Navigating Breast Cancer." Free parking is in Lot E-8.
• Important: There is no race day packet pickup.

DONNA Athlete's Village

• Time: 6:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Location: Seawalk Pavilion, 75 1st Street North, Jacksonville Beach, Florida

DONNA 110 Ultra Marathon

• Time: Starts at 7:30 a.m. 
• Location: Seawalk Pavilion, 75 1st Street North, Jacksonville Beach, Florida
• Details: A 110-mile journey through Jacksonville and its beach communities.

FIS DONNA 5K

• Time: Starts at 8:00 a.m.
• Location: Seawalk Pavilion, 75 1st Street North, Jacksonville Beach, Florida
• Details: This race used to be held in downtown Jacksonville, and now this celebration of survivors and support systems runs in Jacksonville Beach.

DONNA Family Fun Run – "The DONNA Dash"

• Time: Registration: 6:30 a.m. Race: 9:30 a.m.
• Location: Seawalk Pavilion, 75 1st Street North, Jacksonville Beach, Florida
• Details: A family-friendly one-mile run where every participant earns a medal.

26.2 with DONNA Marathon, Half Marathon & Booby Trap Challenge

• Time: Shuttle parking at Mayo in Jacksonville opens: 5:00 a.m. | Official race start: 7:30 a.m.
• Location: Seawalk Pavilion, Jacksonville Beach
• Details: The main events are dedicated to finishing breast cancer. Includes adaptive and rucking divisions for the marathon and half-marathon.
• Details: Enjoy live music, access post-race therapy, and grab refreshments.

When: The DONNA Marathon Weekend runs from Friday, February 5, through Sunday, February 7, 2027.

Where: The main races begin and end at the Seawalk Pavilion, located at 75 1st Street, North, Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Other activities take place at various locations throughout the greater Jacksonville area.
