The Flagler College Forum on Government and Public Policy, presents journalist and author Hilke Schellmann, in the Virginia Room at the Flagler Student Center at 50 Sevilla Street, on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. She has extensive experience on her topic, "How to Hold AI Accountable," and will address the proposed action steps for organizations to use in an AI-driven world.

Hilke Schellmann has reported for NPR's Planet Money podcast, and is the author of the book, The Algorithm, which exposes how Artificial Intelligence has impacted jobs, applicants, and our work world. Ms. Schellmann has contributed to the New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, and co-produced Outlawed in Pakistan, an award-winning documentary for Frontline on PBS.

Flagler College's Forum on Government and Public Policy brings nationally recognized journalists, commentators, and speakers to St. Augustine to discuss issues at hand in regional, state, and federal government.
