Ken Walsh: "Architects of Toxic Politics in America"

The Flagler College Forum on Government and Public Policy presents Kenneth T. Walsh, columnist for U.S. News and World Report, author, speaker, and White House correspondent, who will speak on the topic of "Architects of Toxic Politics in America." Mr. Walsh's lecture will be in the Virginia Room at the Flagler Student Center at 50 Sevilla Street, on Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. 

Mr. Walsh has covered the White House since 1986, winning several honors for reporting on the presidency, and he was inducted into the Washington Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists in 2009. Mr. Walsh has authored nine books, appears frequently on network and cable news channels, and has written articles published in the New York Times, Washington Post, and the New Republic. His most recent book is Presidential Leadership in Crisis Defining Moments of the Modern Presidents from Franklin Roosevelt to Donald Trump.

Flagler College's Forum on Government and Public Policy brings nationally recognized journalists, commentators, and speakers to St. Augustine to discuss issues at hand in regional, state, and federal government.
