St. Augustine loves to celebrate the Fourth of July with fireworks that are set off from a barge located in the river just off the Castillo, and every year thousands of people head downtown to watch the show from the waterfront.
Others watch from the Bridge of Lions, Vilano, and various locations on Anastasia Island. While, still others enjoy the show from one of St. Augustine's water tours, a private or rented boat, or one of the attractions that offer a grand view.
Here is a partial list of tours and attractions that offer a special way to view St. Augustine's spectacular show and celebrate the Fourth of July weekend.

A note about traffic: Parking downtown will be a challenge, and people in the know will arrive early to spend the day enjoying historic downtown. If your tour or charter begins downtown, plan to arrive extraordinarily early, or plan in advance to take other transportation. If your tour or charter occurs on Anastasia Island, you may want to take the 312 bridge to avoid downtown traffic.
