The Venue hosts The Gilded Table: A Candlelit Orchestra Dinner Series on Friday, October 23, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Enjoy a fine-dining experience featuring a curated menu by Chef Matt Brown. The St. Augustine Orchestra performs live throughout the night.
The night's festivities kick off with passed hors d'oeuvres. Guests will then try their selected entree of choice: Braised Short Rib, Sesame Ginger Fresh Catch, and Autumn Stars (kale sprouts, mushrooms, and apple-datil pepper sauce). End the meal with the chef's Harmony Opera Cake (brown butter bourbon graham cracker cake, espresso mousse, and chocolate crémeux).
