Light Celebration at the St.Augustine Lighthouse
Please Note: This event is from 2013.
The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Museum continues the Sea the Light Celebration today to highlight Ponce de Leon's sighting of the East Coast of Florida on March 27, 1513 and landing on April 3, 1513. The Lighthouse Tower will be lit so that it can be seen at night and we will place a special filter in the lens room so people downtown can see the Lighthouse's light take on a special blue hue. The Lighthouse will also be offering extended hours until 7:00 p.m., (there's a charge for admission.) Call (904) 829-0745 for more information.
