Lighthouse 5K and Fun Run

The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum and the Junior Service League of St. Augustine host the Annual Lighthouse 5K and Fun Run on Saturday, February 17, 2024. The 5K Race begins at 8:00 a.m. and the Fun Run starts at 9:00 a.m. The event also features an award ceremony and celebration at 9:15 a.m.

The USATF-certified 5K course is a flat 3.1-mile race through historic Lighthouse Park and the Davis Shores neighborhood. Racing packets can be picked up on race day or at the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum on February 16, 2024, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Top participants in each age category will receive awards. Runners and spectators can explore the lighthouse grounds and tower for free. Proceeds from this race support a variety of Junior Service League of St. Augustine initiatives.

Register to race by January 31, 2024 to guarantee your race t-shirt.

Registration: The registration fee for the 5K is $35.00 and is subject to change as the event date nears, while participating in the Fun Run costs $25.00.

Parking: Race day parking will be available in several locations. You can locate parking options at, or opposite, the lighthouse, on Red Cox Drive outside the soccer fields, in the front parking lot of RB Hunt Elementary School, along the roadside, and in the St. Augustine Yacht Club parking lot.
