Limelight Theatre: Calendar Girls

The Limelight Theatre presents Calendar Girls on the main stage from May 17 through June 9, 2019. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and 2:00 p.m. on Sundays, including a Preview Night on May 16 and a Terrific Tuesday showing on May 21, 2019.

The plot focuses on Annie who, after her husband dies of leukemia, enlists her friends and fellow members of the Women's Institute to raise funds for the Leukemia Research Fund by posing nude for a calendar. This comedy follows the changing relationships among the women as their "alternative" calendar becomes a media sensation.

Admission: Regular admission tickets are $26.00. Tickets are $15.00 for Preview Night (May 16) and for Terrific Tuesday (May 21). Visit here to purchase tickets online.

When: Performances are on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from May 17 to 28, 2019.  Showtime is at 7:30 p.m. except on Sundays, when there is a matinee showing at 2:00 p.m. There are two additional showings: the Preview Night on Thursday, May 16, and the Terrific Tuesday show on May 21, 2019.

Where: The Limelight Theatre is located at 11 Old Mission Ave. in the Uptown San Marco district. Free parking is available on the street and in the parking lot behind the theater.
