Florida bees are making a come-back, and this lecture will explain the dynamics behind the good news. The lecture will be followed by a walk in the native plant garden with free pollinator seeds. There will be a display by the Garden Club of St. Augustine, and honey and native flowers will be available for sale.

Animal Insight seminars on the third Wednesdays of themed educational months give guests a chance to learn more about the plant and animal life of the estuarine habitat. The lectures take place from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesdays in February, April, June and August, 2018, at the GTM Visitor Center in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Admission: While the event is free, participants are required to register in advance.
