The Colonial Quarter will host a new exhibition entitled "Material Wealth: Colonial Clothing from Menéndez to Montiano."  The exhibit will open on Saturday, November 7, 2015, inside the Colonial Quarter's De Mesa-Sanchez House. The reception is free and open to the public and will take place from 6 to 8 p.m.

The exhibit focuses on depicting St. Augustine's colonial history through the faces and possessions of people who lived here over the centuries. The exhibit features both historical and new artwork created by local artists Amanda Laporta, Lisa O'Neil, Laurel Dagnillo, and Jeanine Owen in various mediums, including textiles, paint, and cut paper.

Admission: The exhibit is free and open to the public.

When? Saturday, November 7, 2015, 6 - 8 p.m.

Where? The De Mesa-Sanchez house at the Colonial Quarter is located at 33 St. George Street in downtown St. Augustine.
