    The New Yorker Magazine describes Booker T. Jones as “one of the legends of soul music.” He has played a vital role in the the rise and popularity of the genre, with classic Stax hits like “Green Onions,” “Hang ‘Em High,” “Time Is Tight,” and “Melting Pot.” He has won four GRAMMY awards as well as a GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award, and he has been inducted into both the Musicians Hall of Fame and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

    Jones has achieved his amazing success as a solo artist as well as with his band, Booker T. & the M.G.’s. He has played with many of the greats in pop, rock, and country music, including Ray Charles, Neil Young, Bill Withers, and Willie Nelson.

    Jones’ acclaimed current album, Sound the Alarm, features collaborations with R&B and modern soul talents such as Anthony Hamilton, Vintage Trouble, Estelle, Gary Clark, Jr., and Luke James.

    Admission: Tickets are $63.50 for rows A through C, $53.50 for rows D through J, and $43.50 for all remaining rows.
