Butch Trucks and The Freight Train Band

On Sunday, December 27, 2015, Ponte Vedra Concert Hall presents Butch Trucks and The Freight Train Band.
Butch Trucks is a Jacksonville native and a founding member and drummer of The Allman Brothers Band. Formed in 1969, The Allman Brothers Band consisted of Trucks, Duane Allman, Greg Allman, Dickey Betts, Berry Oakley, and Jai Johanny Johanson. The band would go on to transform both southern and American rock n' roll through its blues-based and jazz-tinged jams.
The Freight Train Band features members of the extended Allman Brothers family, including Berry Oakley Jr., Vaylor Trucks, Bruce Katz, and Damon Fowler.
Admission: $49.50 for the first 8 rows, $39.50 for all remaining rows, and $124.50 for a VIP ticket (includes best seats and VIP Meet & Greet).
When? Sunday, December 27, 2015. Doors open at 7 p.m., show starts at 8 p.m.
Where? Ponte Vedra Concert Hall is located at 1050 A1A North in Ponte Vedra Beach.
Parking Information: Parking will be available onsite. There will be a $5 parking fee for ticketed events and for free events parking will also be free. For events not produced by the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division, parking fees will be at the discretion of the event producer.
