On Saturday, April 23, 2016, the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument will host a special event in honor of National Park Week and the National Park Service Centennial.
In this special after-dark Castillo event, visitors will have the chance to explore the Castillo de San Marcos by candlelight. The rangers, volunteers, and partners that act as stewards for the Castillo de San Marcos will be in attendance to share their passion for the nation's oldest masonry fortification and the National Parks Service.
Due to space limitations, there will be 50 tickets available for the following event entry times: 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30 p.m. Tickets are available for reservation two weeks prior to the event at the Castillo de San Marcos box office or by telephone at (904) 829-6506 ext 232.
Admission: FREE. Space is limited, and tickets may be reserved in advance, starting two weeks prior to the event, at the Castillo de San Marcos ticket booth or by phone at (904) 829- 6506 ext. 232.
