Flagler College presents the opening of its 10th Annual Communication Week, with "60 Minutes" Producer Lowell Bergman speaking about his experiences in investigative journalism. The talk will take place at 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, 2015, at the Lewis Auditorium The talk is free and open to the public.

Each spring, Flagler's Communication Department and the Public Relations Student Society of America host "COM week" featuring speakers with a variety of backgrounds and experiences in all areas of communication. Experts in communications and public relations share their knowledge and offer advice for success, with panels and discussions led by industry professionals and Flagler alumni.

In his career with CBS and PBS, producer Lowell Bergman has been involved in covering everything from Al Qaeda's terrorist activities to Dick Cheney's involvement with Haliburton. He has received numerous Emmys, three Peabody Awards, and more. Currently he serves as the Reva and David Logan Distinguished Chair in Investigative Journalism at the University of California Berkeley.

Admission is free and open to the general public.
