The EMMA Concert Association welcomes The Polish Wieniawski Philharmonic Orchestra for an evening of classical music from 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 30, 2022, in Flagler College's Lewis Auditorium.

Established in 1944, The Polish Wieniawski Philharmonic Orchestra performed the first musical concert in Poland post World War II on May 18, 1945. 

Over the years, the orchestra has established a large repertoire of music from Baroque to contemporary making their performances popular throughout Europe and beyond. Performances in Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Sweden, Germany, South Korea, Denmark and Ukraine have been acclaimed by music critics and the public.

Concert programs include works by Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, Wagner, Wieniawski, Bruckner, Mahler, Tchaikovsky, Dvořák, Stravinsky, Scriabin, Shostakovich, Lutosławski and Penderecki, among others.
