The public is invited to enjoy an afternoon celebrating ecological awareness, along with food, live music, and free guided ecotour river boat rides at Genung's Fish Camp.

The Environmental Caucus of St. Johns County welcomes the public to enjoy an afternoon dedicated to ecological awareness, along with food, live music, and fun activities for the whole family, on Sunday, April 14, 2019. The free event will be held at Genung's Fish Camp from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Several local environmental groups will be on hand to demonstrate the ways in which we can all be more sensitive to our environment and live sustainably. There will be live music by Uncle Eddie and Robin, as well as food from the African Love Kitchen Food Truck and a variety of beverages available for purchase, and a grand sunset over the Matanzas River at 7:52 p.m. Free guided ecotour river boat rides aboard Captain Adam Morley's Litter Gitter will take place throughout the day. Those interested can sign up for a slot on one of these tours here.
