An Evening with Robert Klein

Stand-up comedian, actor, and author Robert Klein will perform at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall.

Please Note: This event is from 2019

Acclaimed stand-up comedian Robert Klein will perform at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on Sunday, January 20, 2019, at 8:00 p.m.

Robert Klein has been making people laugh for more than 40 years. Rolling Stone Magazine named him one of the "50 Best Stand-Up Comics of All Time." His observational, autobiographical style has influenced countless other comedians, and he continues to lead the way as a comedian, actor, and author.

A former member of the "Second City" troupe in Chicago, Klein was nominated twice for Grammy awards for "Best Comedy Album of the Year" for his albums Child of the Fifties and Mind Over Matter. He was the first comedian to appear in a live concert special on HBO — he went on to rack up nine one-man shows on that network, including his most recent special, "Robert Klein: Unfair and Unbalanced," which aired in June 2010. He is also the subject of the documentary, "Robert Klein: Still Can't Stop His Leg," which was shown on Starz in 2017.
