Fall Fun Festival

The Fall Fun Festival at Anastasia State Park kicks off with a pumpkin carving contest for adults and a pumpkin painting contest for kids! The Fall Festival will also feature a trick-or-treating path on a nature trail, live music and food and drinks!

Pre-carved Pumpkin and painting contest: Show off your creative talents at the pumpkin carving judging contest! Carved pumpkins will be on display starting at 5 p.m. and visitors can vote on their favorites. If you want to join the contest, please call Brittany Sims at (904) 461-2035 or email at [email protected] to register your pre-carved pumpkin no later than 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 24th. The winners will be announced at 8 p.m. The Pumpkin painting contest is for the kids! 

Trick-or-Treating: From 5 - 6 p.m. children can follow along the nature trail collecting treats!

3rd Dogs and Jam Event: From 6 - 9 p.m. the Friends of Anastasia will be selling fall- or Halloween-themed treats as well as hosting their 3rd Dogs and Jam event. Dogs and Jam will include freshly grilled hot dogs and drinks for a $1 donation each. This event will be Halloween-themed where costumes are not only welcomed but encouraged! They will also be hosting a band of talented, local musicians who will play various instruments such as, guitars, wash drums, banjos, tambourines, and more. Guests can bring their instruments and join this jam out session too!
