On Wednesday, January 1, 2020, Faver-Dykes State Park will host a First Day Hike beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The First Day Hike is a great way to get started on your New Years resolutions while exploring this beautiful state park. All ages are welcome. Participants are encouraged to wear sunscreen, bug repellent, and comfortable walking shoes.

Led by a park ranger, the walk takes guests through beautiful areas of the park and along the new Hemmings Point Trail to Pellicer Creek.

Admission: The First Day Hike is free with regular park admission: $5 per vehicle with up to 8 people, $4 for vehicle with one occupant, and $2 for pedestrians/bicyclists.

When: Wednesday, January 1, 2020, at 9:00 a.m.

Where: Participants will meet at the Faver-Dykes Ranger Station at 1000 Faver Dykes Road, St. Augustine, FL, 32086.
