Washington Oaks Gardens State Park will host their annual First Day Hike from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 1, 2020.

The one-mile nature hike will take visitors through the maritime hammock and formal gardens of this unique state park. No registration is required. Participants are encourage to wear sunscreen, bug repellent, and comfortable walking shoes.

Admission: The First Day Hike is free with regular park entrance fees: $5 per vehicle with up to 8 people, $4 for vehicle with one occupant, and $2 for pedestrians/bicyclists.

When: Wednesday, January 1, 20120, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Where: Participants will meet at the Bella Vista Trail Head at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, which is located at 6400 N. Oceanshore Blvd. in Palm Coast, FL 32137.
