The St. Johns County Park and Recreation Department offers free Fishing Clinics 101 on consecutive Tuesdays from August 7 to September 4, 2018. The clinics will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Trout Creek Community Center.

Fishing 101 covers everything from fishing regulations and what bait to use to identifying and cleaning fish and how to tie a knot. Participants are encouraged to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a water bottle, as well as fishing rod and reel with fishing line.
