The St. Johns County Naturalist Program offers a free program on how to maintain lawns with minimum impact on Florida's fragile ecosystem. Florida-Friendly Landscaping: Lawn Care will take place from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 13, 2018, at The Players Community Center in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Presented by the County Naturalist, this program explores how to add low-maintenance plants to your landscape and how to irrigate, fertilize, and maintain an eco-friendly lawn using environmentally-sustainable practices.
