  • The 3rd Annual Florida Tiny House Festival will be held at the St. Johns County Fairgrounds from Friday through Sunday, November 16 through 18, 2018. Sponsored by the United Tiny House Association, which hosts events like like these all over the country. the Florida Festival is the world's largest, averaging more than 60,000 attendees.

    The aim of the United Tiny House Association is to educate and promote the Tiny House lifestyle. The event features model homes, workshops, entertainment, and house tours. On display are all types of modalities of tiny living, from professional-built to DIY structures, tree houses, skoolies (converted school buses), yurts, and gypsy wagons.

    Vendors will be set up throughout the fairgrounds with houses, tools, and guides to tiny house building for sale. Two outdoor and one indoor stage will host speakers, presentations, and live music throughout the three days. There will be plenty of activities for kids, and the event is pet-friendly,

    The Florida Tiny House Festival offers free admission on Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. is reserved for school field trips and not open to the public. From 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, there is a special Early Bird admission price of $15.00.

    Discounted admission tickets for Saturday and Sunday are available online here through November 16, 2018. These prices are $15.00 for one-day admission (Saturday OR Sunday) and $30.00 for a two-day ticket (Saturday AND Sunday). Children under 12 are free, as are active and retired military, law enforcement, and first-responders (firefighters / EMTs) are free with valid photo ID. Seniors 60 and over get 50% off with valid photo ID.

    Admission at the gate is $20.00 per person for one day (either Saturday OR Sunday) and $35.00 for two days (Saturday AND Sunday).

    There are also several packages available for anyone who would like to camp out at the fairgrounds for one or two nights during the festival. Visit here for details about this option.

    The United Tiny House Association's Tiny House Festivals are designed to support local communities and charities through fundraising activities at the festivals and by giving local charities a platform to share with others.
