Free Guided Kayak Tours on Moultrie Creek
The St. Johns County Parks Department and the National Parks Service offer free guided kayak tours from Fort Matanzas in August.
The St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department is offering free guided kayak tours on Moultrie Creek, with great views of Vaill Point Park, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, September 16, 17, and 18, 2016. The Friday tour will depart at 8:30 a.m., while the Saturday and Sunday tour will go out at 9 a.m.
Participants can explore this unique park and waterway and learn about local history and native plants and animals.
Admission: FREE, but reservations are recommended as space is limited. Please call (904) 209-0335 to make reservations.
When: 8:30 a.m. on Friday, September 16, and 9 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, September 17 and 18, 2016.
