Course Routes

A map displaying the Giro d'Italia cycling event's combined course routes with distances marked for three courses and directional arrows

Gran Fondo - Long Course (86.5 miles): This longest route of the event, this course begins at the Renaissance Resort and heads towards Fruit Cove. It then follows the St. Johns River down into rural Hastings and Elkton. The course winds through the scenic World Golf Village before finishing at the starting point.

Medio - Medium Course (60.8 miles): This mid-length course overlaps with the Gran Fondo, extending towards Fruit Cove and following the St. Johns River to Elkton. It then cuts across Elkton and heads North through the World Golf Village and to the finish line at the Renaissance Resort.

Piccolo - Short Course (33.5 miles): The shortest route makes a more direct loop, traveling up to Fruit Cove before traveling along the St. Johns River. The Piccolo route avoids the more distant rural loops of the longer courses as it cuts back at County Road 208 and finishes at the Renaissance Resort.

Raggazie Fun Race (33, 60, or 86 miles): These non-competitive routes are for riders 14 years or older as they are open-course races.

Kids Quattro (4 miles): This non-competitive course, not shown above, is a closed course for riders under 14 years old.
