  • Acoustic blues legend John Hammond will perform live at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at 8:00 p.m.

    John Hammond is one of the world’s premier acoustic blues artists. With more than 33 albums over his career, Hammond is a member of the Blues Hall Of Fame. His 2010 album, Rough and Tough, won a Grammy for Best Album, and, in 2011, Hammond received a Blues Award for Acoustic Entertainer of the Year.

    Hammond has played or recorded with Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, Duane Allman. JJ Cale, Tom Waits, Dr. John and many more.

    He is described by T Bone Burnett as “a master … a virtuoso. A conjurer. A modernist. John is in a very small circle of men with a guitar and a harmonica. Jimmy Reed, Howlin’ Wolf, Bob Dylan."

    Admission: Reserved seating tickets are $36.00 for all rows. Tickets for on sale on Friday, June 23, 2017, at 10:00 a.m.
