Slow Food USA hosts a celebration of flavorful cuisine as part of the Joyful Dinner Series on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at The Venue in Hastings, Florida. Paul Brock and Jackee Dobish from The Feed Mill will be in attendance.

The night starts at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail hour and light appetizers served. A three-course dinner follows at 6:00 p.m. Chef Paul Brock specializes in locally-sourced ingredients, organic fare, and seasonal farm-to-table experiences.
