Women's March St. Augustine will host a commemoration of the historic June 1964 "Wade In" that occurred here and helped bring about the passage of the Civil Rights Act in 1964. The event will take place at the St. Augustine Beach Pier from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 25, 2017.

Women's March leaders will talk about the historic Wade In and how it affected the civil rights struggle in 1964. The community in invited to join them in paying homage to the activists who made a difference in June of 1964.

Admission: Free

When: Sunday, June 25, from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m.

Where: St. Johns County Ocean Pier is located is located at 350 A1A Beach Blvd. in St. Augustine Beach FL 32080.
