The inaugural NOCtoberfest event brings an Oktoberfest-style festival to the Nocatee community in Ponte Vedra, FL, on Saturday nad Sunday, October 26 and 27, 2019. The festival will feature a full schedule of live music, representatives of several German cities offering selections of their beer, food trucks, lots of vendors, and a 110-foot Ferris wheel.
See below for the complete lineup of live music on the Nocatee Stage, located next to the Nocatee Splash Park. Headliners will be Sister Hazel on Saturday, October 26, and The Band Be Easy on Sunday, October 27.
Special Activities
Festival activities include a Cornhole Tournament on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. The fee for participating in this tournament is $30.00 per team, and each team member is required to have a general admission ticket as well. Visit here to sign up.
There will be two special competitions during the festival. The Bratwurst Eating Competition on Saturday, October 26, will give competitors ten minutes to see who can finish the most brats. All competitors receive a commemorative T-shirt. Top three finishers will receive trophies, gift cards, and swag. Visitors can sign up here.
The Stein Hosting Competition will take place on Sunday, October 27, with the men's competition at 1:30 p.m. and the women's at 3:00 p.m. The contest pits individuals in a ten-person competition to see who can hold their stein up the longest. Visit here to sign up.
The highlight of the Kids' Zone will be the 110-foot Ferris wheel, but there will also be plenty of other activities for the whole family, including bounce houses, rock climbing, and inflatables.
Admission: Ticket prices are $35.00 per person for regular admission and $90.00 for VIP access. Visit here to purchase tickets. Tickets are good for both days of the festival, but a limited number are available. The event is expected to sell out. VIP tickets include VIP seating, two free drinks, private air-conditioned bathrooms, free bottled water, artist encounters, and premier parking.
