Now and Zen Yogathon for Charity

Flow through three hours of yoga with Now and Zen Studio to benefit an important cause.

Now and Zen Studio will host a 3-hour Yogathon to benefit Made by Survivors, a charity that helps survivors of slavery, human trafficking, and other rights abuses by providing shelter, education, and job opportunities. The 3-hour event will incoporate different styles of yoga, starting with a challenging Vinyasa series and ending with guided meditation. Participants are welcome to stay the entire duration of the yogathon, or to take part in only some of the scheduled activities: 

12:00-12:55 p.m. Power Hour with Tanya Weltzien
1:00-1:55 p.m. Gentle Yoga with Jean Spinelli
2:00-2:45 p.m. Laughter Yoga with Amy Angellili
2:45-3:00 p.m. Guided Meditation and Savasana with Tanya Weltzien

Admission: Pre-registration is available online for $38.97, or participants may pay $36.00 with cash or check at the door.

When: Sunday, February 21, 2016 from noon to 3 p.m.

Where: The Pioneer Barn at Fort Menendez at 259 San Marco Avenue in St. Augustine, FL 32084.
