Visitors can come to the Limelight Theatre for the Southern comedy, "The Miss Firecracker Contest". Carnelle Scott lives in the small town of Brookhaven, Mississippi and is desperately trying to win the Miss Firecracker title. After her reputation was tarnished Carnelle hopes that a victory in the contest will restore her name and allow her to leave the small town on a high note. But some twists and turns are thrown in and complicate her plans.
Where? At the Limelight Theatre located at 11 Old Mission Avenue in the Koger-Gamache Black Box Studio.
When? Preview night is at 7:30 pm on Thursday, March 6, 2014. Regular Performances are from March 7 - 30, 2014. Performances are at 7:30 pm every Tues, Thurs, Fri and Saturday and at 2 pm every Sunday. Only one Tuesday performances on March 11.
