The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall welcomes the return of modern rock luminaries The Psychedelic Furs, with special guest Elettro Domestico, in concert on Sunday, April 19, 2020, at 7:30 p.m.

Led by the Butler brothers, this English post-punk band originally formed in 1977, and their varied music career has had a lasting impact on the content and sounds of contemporary alternative rock. The Psychedelic Furs found critical success in the United States with their 1981 album Talk, Talk, Talk. The 1981 single "Pretty in Pink" was later re-recorded after inspiring John Hughes' 1986 film of the same name.

Their other chart-topping singles include "Love My Way" and "Heartbreak Beat." In the early 1990s, the band split apart but was later re-united in 2000. They are touring in support of their 2020 release, Made of Rain, their first new album in 29 years.

The band's current members are Richard Butler (vocals and songwriter), Tim Butler (bass), Rich Good (guitar), Mars Williams (saxophone), Amanda Kramer (keyboards), and Paul Garisto (drums).
