Nights of Lights Sunset Sails
Nightly Nov. 20, 2021 to Jan. 2, 2022 | 4:15 to 6:15 p.m. at Schooner Freedom
-
St. Augustine's world-famous Nights of Lights traces its origin to the colonial Spanish tradition of displaying a single white candle in the window during the Christmas holidays. In 2021-22, the tradition continues, with more than 3 million white lights adorning the wonderful old buildings and landmarks along the bayfront and throughout the brick streets of the Nation's Oldest City. The lights are up throughout the city from November 20, 2021, to January 31, 2022. The Schooner Freedom sails will run nightly (with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) from November 20, 2021, through January 2, 2022.
There are lots of ways to see St. Augustine's Nights of Lights, and the Schooner Freedom provides a new dimension with its Nights of Lights sails, offering a breathtaking view from the water of the cityscape and the lights reflecting in the water.
Advance reservations are required for all the Nights of Lights sails, and seating is limited. To make reservations, call (904) 810-1010 or visit here. All sails depart from the St. Augustine Municipal Marina, which is located at 111 Avenida Menendez.
