St. Johns Technical Highschool Presents Restaurant Wars

St. Johns Technical High School will host Restaurant Wars, a cooking competition and food show, on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  

18 students are selected from the Culinary Arts department, divided into teams, with students for the Back of the House, Front of the House, and Professional Leads.  

Each team will have one hour to cook and prepare appetizers, entrées, drinks, and desserts for visitors. After, students will present each signature dish to paid visitors and judges.

Some of Restaurant War's sponsors include the Hammock Dunes Club, Chartwell's Higher Ed Culinary Network, Cutie Pie's Bake Shop, and others.
