The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall presents American Idol winner Taylor Hicks in concert on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at 8 p.m.

Taylor Hicks is one of the most beloved and popular American Idol winners ever. After taking the crown for Season 5, Hicks went on to make a name for himself with his debut single, "Do I Make You Proud," which entered at #1 on Billboard's Hot 100, Pop 100, and Single Sales Charts. Hicks's self-titled album debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 and was certified RIAA Platinum.

Hicks talents range beyond music, with his role as Teen Angel in the hit musical Grease and his 2007 autobiography, Heart Full of Soul.

Hicks has appeared with musicians like Willie Nelson, Gladys Knight, Earth Wind and Fire, Snoop Dogg, and The Allman Brothers.

Admission: Ticket prices are $39.50 for the first nine rows and $31.50 for all remaining rows.

When: Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at 8 p.m. Gates open at 7 p.m.

Where: The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall is located at 1050 A1A North in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Parking Information: Parking will be available onsite. There will be a $5 parking fee for ticketed events and for free events parking will also be free. For events not produced by the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division, parking fees will be at the discretion of the event producer.
